Now I Know: September 2011

Assalam, and a very happy Monday sweetums.

For the sake of today is "Monday" where I supposed not in a mood of working-hard-like-damn-seriously (haha). So, I would like to highlight some good things I did think and re-think on "monday" which I declared it as not-so-blues. Ok, this is all about being fine, cool, think, evaluate and re-think profesioanally. Though I'm still at the middle age of 20's, I wish for being matured, and I always pray for being better-than-before. Excel-for-future. InsyaAllah. As my favourite qoutes can be relevant enough I must say:

"Islam teaches us to do things professionally. Doing things professionally is a religious duty."
The Prophet said that Allah ordered to excel in everything. He imposed excellence and professionalism. Professionalism must be followed in everything. Everything okayy.

Like some had says:
“If you kill, do it properly, and if you slaughter, do it properly.”

Even when killing, you must do well right? Yah. Lets just see, and simple case, through facebook I must say. It has become superior through technology, through knowledge, and through strength. And it has become superior to us through relationship. People pretend not to be their ownself. People have that **** on their Facebook and all those self expression comments. Then in my case, I can't be myself or do anything because of the way those shits are. I can only be their sense of "normal" when I'm on my meds and everything, but when I'm not on anything I'm like an animal to them. So pretty much is everyone a hypocrite? and involuntarily downs? what's weird to them even though they claim to support it? Hahh kan? Another example, I remember a bunch of my close friend last year having a special event, and eventually miscommunication arised among us. Suddenly, conversation between us begin and we argued with her about why do that? why did that? And she, still act the same like nothing goes wrong on her. And so, there isn't really such thing as weird. But somehow, we hide each other, forming a private group, talking bad behind like seriously, dia perli dia, dia cakap dia. and until now, there is no solution. See? Until when then? Why don't we "think, evaluate, and re-think" how to solve it? They were also the kids who would say "Haha you're so frickin weird girl, dude what's your problem? What is wrong with you dude?" and the likes. Of course I was being weird on purpose to hide my creepy, serious side that I don't like showing, but wtf goes through these people's heads? Chances are if you're going to support this question, you're one of those people. Don't get me wrong. I'm not a slob by any means. I'm not saying that I pretend to be good. I'm not saying that I am too perfect. I'm not saying I never make mistakes. And I'm not saying that everything I do was right. Please, don't get me wrong okay.

So I guess my point in all of this is that discrimination and jealousy amongst women make women stupid. We don’t think clearly and let say from a workplace perspective we certainly are not contributing to getting more work done. There is no superwoman- only superman and a fleeting remembrance of super-girl. If I ever reach a position of any sort of “power” let say a manager, I don’t plan on putting any woman down. I wouldn’t deny any woman colleague their participation or involvement. I wouldn’t come up with some excuse about how I don’t like how they said or wrote something- as long as it’s not offensive or inappropriate. If anything I’m would hire the smartest, brightest most competent women on my team and then I would delegate 80-90% of the work to them while I sit back and drink a caffe mocha. Wahh I like! Because I don’t fear competition nor do I question my own sense of intelligence or contribution to my work? And any really smart woman in power would do the same.

Islam teaches us to guard and fight against evil.

"Very clearly, Satan and his followers, those who deviate on the Path of Allah are our enemies. They not only spread and do evil deeds to the rest of humanity but also do any means to hinder us, the Muslim Believers, from serving our Rabb. They want to prevent us in our Way to Success. They are enemies of Allah and hence our enemies too. As Muslims, we are duty-bound to fight against the friends of Satan." (not against the friends of ours)
